2.4、安裝高度較大（H安＞6m）的啟閉機(jī)的安裝

當(dāng)啟閉機(jī)的安裝高度大于6m時(shí)，由于啟閉機(jī)在閘門(mén)下壓過(guò)程中絲桿容易產(chǎn)生彎曲變形，影響啟閉的正常運(yùn)行。為了不使絲桿產(chǎn)生彎曲，就得在一定的高度設(shè)置卡子梁，將卡座安裝在卡子梁上再將卡環(huán)焊接在卡座上，使絲桿穿過(guò)卡環(huán)運(yùn)行。這樣就不會(huì)產(chǎn)生彎曲變形了。

當(dāng)一臺(tái)啟閉機(jī)絲桿穿過(guò)多道卡環(huán)時(shí)，多道卡環(huán)和啟閉機(jī)的吊點(diǎn)中心必須在一條軸線(xiàn)上。

    2.5、啟閉機(jī)與啟閉機(jī)梁的連接

    為了保證啟閉機(jī)的正常運(yùn)行，在連接啟閉機(jī)底座和啟閉機(jī)梁時(shí)，一定要用通長(zhǎng)底腳螺栓穿過(guò)預(yù)留孔將啟閉機(jī)座與啟閉機(jī)梁連接在一起。

    當(dāng)啟閉機(jī)梁上未預(yù)留螺栓孔或預(yù)留的不是通孔時(shí)，要根據(jù)啟閉機(jī)的大小選用合適的型鋼做成底座，將底座與啟閉機(jī)梁連接牢固，再將啟閉機(jī)座連接在型鋼底座上即可。

    3、啟閉機(jī)安裝質(zhì)量的檢驗(yàn)

當(dāng)啟閉機(jī)安裝完成后，要對(duì)已安裝的啟閉機(jī)運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行檢查驗(yàn)收。安裝完成后的啟閉機(jī)要求運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，無(wú)噪音、無(wú)卡阻現(xiàn)象，，螺栓無(wú)松動(dòng)，且絲桿和接桿處在一條垂直線(xiàn)上。
