再生原理
活性炭再生，是指用物理或化學(xué)方法在不破壞其原有結(jié)構(gòu)的前提下，去除吸附于活性炭孔的吸附質(zhì)，恢復(fù)其吸附性能的過程。活性炭吸附過程中，對吸附質(zhì)和溶劑都有吸附作用，因親和力的不同，經(jīng)過一定時間的吸附，達到吸附平衡。活性炭再生就是要采取辦法破壞這種平衡關(guān)系，其依據(jù)主要為以下幾個方面：①改變吸附質(zhì)的化學(xué)性質(zhì)；②用對吸附質(zhì)親和力強的溶劑萃取；③用對活性炭親和力比吸附質(zhì)大的物質(zhì)把吸附質(zhì)置換出來，然后再使置換物質(zhì)脫附，活性炭得到再生；④用外部加熱、升高溫度的辦法改變平衡條件；⑤用降低溶劑中溶質(zhì)濃度（或壓力）的方法再生；⑥使吸附物（有機物）分解或氧化而除去。
