(3)軟管泵布局簡樸，無葉輪、無容室等布局，順應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，液體、漿狀和濃厚懸浮物料均可運(yùn)送.分外是離彈性的軟管空腔能泵吸有雜質(zhì)的液體、種種纖維物體以及含粒徑在軟管直徑1/4以下的固體料漿，并且平滑的軟管內(nèi)腔不孕育發(fā)生任何堵塞。容許有較大的固態(tài)物粒子。運(yùn)送介質(zhì)的濃度可大于70%，因此常輕便輸送高濃度的物料等等。
軟管泵用途非常廣泛，市面上的諸多場合均可適用，如：污水泵井事故清空，污水泵站事故抽空，水廠的污水池、污泥池清空。市政下水道系統(tǒng)的污水、污泥清空抽排。工廠、罐車事故后的油品、液體物質(zhì)、化學(xué)污泥等的緊急轉(zhuǎn)移；事故后地表沖洗水抽吸泵。消防應(yīng)急水轉(zhuǎn)移；緊急供水泵站，泵內(nèi)部過流部件都可配備不銹鋼，數(shù)臺泵車串聯(lián)使用可作為臨時供水泵站。軍隊、海軍部隊?wèi)?zhàn)備后勤泵車。
