泵出廠時，壓輥已按正常情況調(diào)整到位，如遇物料吸不上，或在泵的額定壓力下，口量達(dá)不到要求，請調(diào)整壓輥的偏心距，其步驟如下：
（1）先將泵殼兩側(cè)相應(yīng)的圓孔有機(jī)玻璃蓋板與泵出口端的長方形有機(jī)玻璃蓋板打開，將轉(zhuǎn)子壓輥旋轉(zhuǎn)至兩圓孔之間，其螺栓正對圓孔，然后用套筒扳手將兩端螺栓擰松，再用小圓棒或十字螺絲刀，對準(zhǔn)標(biāo)有0，1，2，3的圓孔，撥動壓輥一側(cè)內(nèi)的偏心套轉(zhuǎn)動，偏心套的數(shù)字越大，其壓輥與泵殼間的距離越小，軟管壓的越緊，其調(diào)整是以轉(zhuǎn)子的頂端的刻線為基準(zhǔn)，數(shù)字越大，壓的越緊，反之亦然。
（2）調(diào)整間隙時一定要注意不要壓的過緊，以達(dá)到流量為準(zhǔn)，壓的越緊，對膠管的壽命影響越大。
