Due to the iron loss of electrical steel plates, which accounts for 2.5% to 4.5% of the annual electricity generation in various countries, countries always try their best to reduce iron loss in the production of electrical steel plates, and use iron loss as the most important indicator to assess the magnetic properties of products. The iron loss value of products is used as the basis for classifying product grades. Cold rolled oriented electrical steel: Cold rolled oriented electrical steel is a high-end product in the field of electrical steel. Compared with cold rolled non oriented electrical steel, its magnetism has strong directionality; It has superior high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics in the direction of easy magnetization rolling. The iron loss of oriented steel strip in the rolling direction is only 1/3 of that in the transverse direction, and the ratio of magnetic permeability is 6:1. 電工鋼硅鋼片:同一產(chǎn)品在磁極化強度 1.5T、內(nèi)蒙古同城頻率 50Hz 或 60Hz 條件下,按 GB/T 13789 單片法所測得的比總損耗值,參照 GB/T 13789-2008 附錄 C 中指定的關(guān)系式 C.2a 向方圈法數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換,兩種檢測方法所得比總損耗轉(zhuǎn)換因子δP 的擬合關(guān)系可參照 GB/T 13789-2008 附錄 C 關(guān)系式 C.3a,式中擬合有效區(qū)間為1.0T~1.8T,且該轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系只適用于 0.23mm 及以上厚度規(guī)格激光刻痕產(chǎn)品,0.20mm 及以下厚度規(guī)格激光刻痕產(chǎn)品的轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系根據(jù)實際檢測、內(nèi)蒙古同城應(yīng)用對比實驗結(jié)果進行專項規(guī)定。當供應(yīng)商和用戶協(xié)商對 P1.5/50 和 P1.5/60有明確要求時,轉(zhuǎn)換后的 P1.5/50和 P1.5/60應(yīng)符合表 3、內(nèi)蒙古同城表 4、內(nèi)蒙古同城表 5、內(nèi)蒙古同城表 6、內(nèi)蒙古同城表 7、內(nèi)蒙古同城表 8 和表 9 的規(guī)定。7.1.7 其他測試條件下,轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù) Fc 可由供應(yīng)商和用戶協(xié)商確定。7.1.8 當需要提供磁化曲線時,按 GB/T 13789 單片法所測得數(shù)據(jù)參照 GB/T 13789-2008 附錄 C 關(guān)系式轉(zhuǎn)換。注1:多年來習慣上采用磁感應(yīng)強度,實際上愛潑斯坦方圈和單片測試儀測量的是磁極化強度。 磁感應(yīng)強度與磁極化強度的關(guān)系:J=B-μ0H ,H=800A/m條件下,B和J的差異約為0.001T
