電工鋼硅鋼片半有機無鉻薄涂層K H4 C-5 EC-5-P C-6涂層通常以磷酸鹽無機成分為主,添加少量有機成分,不含有鉻元素,杜絕了用戶退火、山西臨汾本地發(fā)藍和使用過程中發(fā)生六價鉻含量超標的可能性,性、山西臨汾本地環(huán)保性 。性能基本接近A 涂層,絕緣性好,沖片性好,在中性氣氛或弱還原性爐子氣氛中,可承受的應力退火溫度一般可達800℃,在退火時,層間電阻會有一定降低。半有機無鉻厚涂層M --- C-5 EC-5-P C-6涂層基本情況和 K 涂層類似,膜厚增加,絕緣性更好,耐蝕性更好,沖片性也更好,焊接性略差。
