軟管泵的工作原理及應(yīng)用：軟管在泵體內(nèi)呈U形布置。當(dāng)旋轉(zhuǎn)體帶動擠壓輪旋轉(zhuǎn)時，擠壓軟管受到擠壓輪的擠壓而發(fā)生彈性變形，然后吸入口形成負(fù)壓吸漿。通過擠壓輪的推動，漿液從出料口排出，形成漿液的壓力輸送。工業(yè)軟管泵主要應(yīng)用于建筑、地下工程、礦山、食品、造紙、陶瓷等領(lǐng)域的粘性漿液遠距離輸送、計量泵送、壓力灌漿、噴射等。

Industrial hose pumps are mainly used for the long-distance transportation of viscous slurry in the fields of construction, underground engineering, mining, food, papermaking, ceramics, metering pumping, pressure grouting, spraying, etc.
對于軟管泵的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)，通常有擠壓輪和滑靴兩種設(shè)計方法。對于軟管擠壓，擠壓輪的設(shè)計更為柔軟，因為當(dāng)軟管被壓縮時，擠壓輪在軟管表面滾動?；サ脑O(shè)計不僅壓縮了軟管，而且在軟管表面產(chǎn)生滑動摩擦，使擠壓后的管道產(chǎn)生很大的磨損。因此，在采用滑靴結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時，必須在泵殼內(nèi)壁添加足夠的潤滑油，以幫助延長軟管的使用壽命。滑靴的設(shè)計和在泵中添加潤滑劑，在一定程度上增加了滑靴蠕動泵的復(fù)雜性和成本。
