1、QBH部分發(fā)燙:QBH部分發(fā)燙,首先檢查準(zhǔn)直器上的保護(hù)鏡片,如有損壞及時(shí)更換。如果保護(hù)鏡頭沒有問題,請(qǐng)移除光纖以檢查準(zhǔn)直器和光纖末端的情況。
2.切割頭噴嘴加熱或聚焦腔加熱:加熱噴嘴和加熱聚焦腔,首先檢查保護(hù)鏡片是否有明顯的燒點(diǎn)或保護(hù)鏡片表面是否有水分和油污。如果保護(hù)鏡片有燒斑,請(qǐng)更換保護(hù)鏡片,有水汽或油漬,需要檢查空壓機(jī)過濾器部分,并要求客戶更換空氣過濾器或修理冷干機(jī)。如果保護(hù)鏡頭沒有問題,則需要檢查對(duì)焦鏡頭的狀況和對(duì)焦水冷板的水流情況。
3、切割過程中切割頭焦點(diǎn)位置自動(dòng)變化:切割過程中焦點(diǎn)部位自動(dòng)變化。一般是保護(hù)鏡片的密封圈損壞,氣壓進(jìn)入調(diào)焦腔,導(dǎo)致鏡片向上移動(dòng),需要更換保護(hù)鏡片的密封圈。如果更換保護(hù)鏡片密封圈無效,則需要確認(rèn)客戶使用的保護(hù)鏡片厚度是否有偏差。薄的保護(hù)鏡片也會(huì)導(dǎo)致密封圈泄漏。
4、切割頭吹氣壓力小,氮?dú)饷摎饷黠@。流量不夠:拉出保護(hù)鏡抽屜,觀察脫氣環(huán)位置是否有明顯異物出現(xiàn)。拆下切割頭的傳感器部分,取出氣道襯墊,將其重新安裝在保護(hù)鏡抽屜中,點(diǎn)擊將異物吹入氣道入口,然后恢復(fù)切割頭。如果清洗后氣壓不能升高,則應(yīng)檢查機(jī)床動(dòng)力鏈管是否破損,電池閥內(nèi)是否有異物。
5、自動(dòng)對(duì)焦切割頭回原點(diǎn)后,對(duì)焦不為零或回原點(diǎn)錯(cuò)誤:需要打開平臺(tái)設(shè)置工具,找到對(duì)焦控制參數(shù)欄,放大正負(fù)值限位到30,手動(dòng)控制焦點(diǎn)移動(dòng)到正負(fù)限位,注意限位是否會(huì)觸發(fā)報(bào)警,如果不能檢測(cè)到限位,則需要修理刀頭。如果能正常檢測(cè)到限位位置,返回原點(diǎn)再將對(duì)焦行程改為正負(fù)10,即可正常使用。
當(dāng)?shù)侗P內(nèi)部有無法檢測(cè)到的限位時(shí),原點(diǎn)發(fā)出警報(bào),客戶將方向變回原點(diǎn),以另一個(gè)限位位置作為原點(diǎn)。
