首先我們先介紹一下軟管泵，軟管泵又稱蠕動泵。為了泵體污染流體或流體污染泵體的危險性，整個泵的裝置中只有軟管與介質(zhì)接觸。在一般場合下，軟管泵使用的都是天然橡膠的軟管。內(nèi)層和外層都是完整光滑的天然橡膠，其目的是很強(qiáng)防磨損。適用于腐蝕性不高但磨損性很大的如泥漿以及無機(jī)物等等介質(zhì)。而且一般適用于脂肪、油類或油脂的介質(zhì)，以及有機(jī)化學(xué)物質(zhì)。內(nèi)層是橡膠，而外層是天然橡膠或者是復(fù)合橡膠。

軟管泵的工作原理及應(yīng)用：軟管在泵體內(nèi)呈U形布置。當(dāng)旋轉(zhuǎn)體帶動擠壓輪旋轉(zhuǎn)時，擠壓軟管受到擠壓輪的擠壓而發(fā)生彈性變形，然后吸入口形成負(fù)壓吸漿。通過擠壓輪的推動，漿液從出料口排出，形成漿液的壓力輸送。工業(yè)軟管泵主要應(yīng)用于建筑、地下工程、礦山、食品、造紙、陶瓷等領(lǐng)域的粘性漿液遠(yuǎn)距離輸送、計(jì)量泵送、壓力灌漿、噴射等。
