電工鋼硅鋼片半有機(jī)無(wú)鉻薄涂層K H4 C-5 EC-5-P C-6涂層通常以磷酸鹽無(wú)機(jī)成分為主，添加少量有機(jī)成分，不含有鉻元素，杜絕了用戶(hù)退火、浙江嘉興本地發(fā)藍(lán)和使用過(guò)程中發(fā)生六價(jià)鉻含量超標(biāo)的可能性，性、浙江嘉興本地環(huán)保性 。性能基本接近A 涂層，絕緣性好，沖片性好，在中性氣氛或弱還原性爐子氣氛中，可承受的應(yīng)力退火溫度一般可達(dá)800℃，在退火時(shí)，層間電阻會(huì)有一定降低。半有機(jī)無(wú)鉻厚涂層M --- C-5 EC-5-P C-6涂層基本情況和 K 涂層類(lèi)似，膜厚增加，絕緣性更好，耐蝕性更好，沖片性也更好，焊接性略差。
