生產(chǎn)工藝：本公司系列軟管具有使用壽命長、適用范圍廣等特點(diǎn)，它結(jié)構(gòu)是經(jīng)過一層或多層高強(qiáng)度合成纖維編織層，增強(qiáng)了耐磨性、抗撕裂性軟管的內(nèi)襯和外襯均擠壓成型，內(nèi)襯采用一系列的復(fù)合橡膠。管體柔軟，富有高強(qiáng)彈性，具有極優(yōu)越的耐磨性能。采用新型原材料，增強(qiáng)管體的整體性能。在使用過程中生熱低，彈性復(fù)原性好，經(jīng)久耐用。膠管具有良好的耐正壓和負(fù)壓，具有良好的耐酸、堿、油、高溫等特點(diǎn)，可以輸送當(dāng)今90%以上的化學(xué)品。主要成份有天然橡膠（耐一般的弱酸及酒精）、丁基橡膠（耐油脂、堿金屬和清潔劑等）和三元乙丙橡膠（適用于酮、酒精及濃酸）等。軟管的使用溫度≤100℃，考慮生產(chǎn)過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生熱量，一般用于介質(zhì)溫度<80℃的工況。若在通風(fēng)（或冷卻）散熱條件較好的情況下，介質(zhì)溫度可以到100℃。若物料溫度≥120℃，需選用特殊耐熱軟管。輸送有衛(wèi)生級(jí)介質(zhì)（如食品、醫(yī)藥等），可采用特制的衛(wèi)生級(jí)軟管。另可根據(jù)用戶需要進(jìn)行非標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)。
