1、當工藝條件沒有特定的要求時候，那么選泵的流量是可以大于實際的需求流量的。
2、工藝條件在連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的時候，那么它本身的實際需要流量要和額定的流量吻合，如果是有特殊的需求，那么可以選擇變頻調(diào)速的泵。
3、軟管使用的溫度要小于100℃，主要是在工作的過程中會產(chǎn)生熱量，如果是周圍散熱條件比較好的時候，那么介質(zhì)的溫度可以達到一百。
4、主要成分是天然橡膠，因此在選用的時候，要考慮軟管對介質(zhì)的適應(yīng)性。
5、進出口是在同一個方向的，并且進出口是可以相互之間調(diào)換的，可以根據(jù)具體的情況來定。
軟管泵主要有泵殼、轉(zhuǎn)子體、減速機、機座和軟管等5大部分組成。泵的耐久性主要決定于管子的彈性和耐腐蝕性，其流量與電動機的轉(zhuǎn)速和管子內(nèi)徑大小有關(guān)。
