軟管泵設(shè)備拆除與維護(hù)
1、保存好每零件和調(diào)換相同零件，在拆檢泵時(shí)，應(yīng)保存好每個(gè)零件，要特別注意隔爆零件的隔爆面不能使其損傷拉毛包括絕緣襯墊及套管，如有損壞，必須調(diào)換上新的相同零件，不得采用低于原材料性能的代用材料或原有規(guī)格不符的零件，裝配時(shí)應(yīng)將所有零件按原先位置裝好，不能遺漏。
2、成纖維、注意保存電動(dòng)抽油泵應(yīng)放于干燥，清潔和沒(méi)有腐蝕性氣體的環(huán)境中。

1、軟管的更換與調(diào)整
（1）更換軟管時(shí)，先將兩端管卡螺栓松掉，并將管卡拆下，再將其中一端的吊圈螺栓松掉，將一端短管從膠管中抽出，點(diǎn)動(dòng)電機(jī)將膠管自泵內(nèi)推出；然后將新的軟管從拆下短管的一端插入泵殼與壓輥之間，點(diǎn)動(dòng)電機(jī)，將軟管裝入；再將吊圈固定、管卡裝上，至此更換任務(wù)完成。尤其注意再安裝軟管時(shí)，務(wù)必將軟管與泵殼貼緊，確認(rèn)后方能投入正常運(yùn)行。
（2）軟管使用200小時(shí)左右，可將軟管轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)90度，對(duì)單管軟管泵除轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向外，還可前后抽動(dòng)軟管，以改變軟管的壓點(diǎn)，延長(zhǎng)軟管的使用壽命。
軟管泵屬于蠕動(dòng)泵的范疇，主要是由一根特制的橡膠軟管，對(duì)應(yīng)泵體內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子總成上的一對(duì)壓輥，當(dāng)壓輥沿著橡膠軟管轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，壓輥與泵殼產(chǎn)生的擠壓力將橡膠軟管壓扁，在軟管自身彈性和側(cè)導(dǎo)輥的強(qiáng)制下，通過(guò)恢復(fù)原狀產(chǎn)生的真空吸入流體物料，物料在壓輥的機(jī)械擠壓下從管內(nèi)排出，如此往復(fù)循環(huán)，從而達(dá)到連續(xù)輸出物料的目的。
