眾所周知軟管泵在運(yùn)行時，是通過一根U型附有彈性的橡膠軟管來完成輸送。今天小編需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，軟管存放時間不宜過長，一般以一年為限。在停工期間，對裝有軟管的泵，若長期不用，每隔一個月需轉(zhuǎn)動泵一次。以免壓輥長時間壓在泵管的某一處，減弱管子回彈性，影響其流量的輸送。

單作用式軟管泵在活塞往復(fù)運(yùn)動的一個循環(huán)中僅完成一次吸排水動作。而雙作用式軟管泵每往復(fù)一次完成兩次吸排水動作。若按軟管泵的缸數(shù)分類：有單缸、雙缸及三缸3種。<br />
污水軟管泵是單級單吸立式離心泵,主要部件有蝸殼、葉輪、泵座、泵殼、支撐筒、電機(jī)座、電動機(jī)等組成。蝸殼、泵座、電機(jī)座、葉輪螺母是生鐵鑄造、耐腐蝕性較好，加工工藝方便。葉輪為三片單園弦彎葉,選用半封閉葉輪,并采用可鍛鑄鐵、所以強(qiáng)度高,耐腐蝕;加工方便,通過性好,效率高。為了減輕重量和減少車削量、泵軸是優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼冷拉園鋼制造。軟管泵座中裝有四只骨架油封和軸套,防止軸磨損,延長軸的使用壽命。<br />！
