軟管泵的使用與維護(hù)<br />
軟管泵的正常工作對(duì)整套鉆探設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)效率起著很大的作用。正確維護(hù)和使用軟管泵能提高鉆進(jìn)速度和純鉆進(jìn)時(shí)間，保護(hù)孔內(nèi)清潔，并能將井壁坍和卡鉆事故減至小。因此我們應(yīng)當(dāng)做好泵的使用，維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)工作。為保護(hù)軟管泵的壽命及其正常工作，必須從包裝運(yùn)輸保存開(kāi)始，直至安裝使用和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)都精心注意。<br />
1、軟管泵在開(kāi)啟前的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)，在軟管泵開(kāi)動(dòng)前應(yīng)對(duì)軟管泵系統(tǒng)作檢查；對(duì)液力端的整個(gè)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)作仔細(xì)檢查；<br />
2、軟管泵在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中的使用與維護(hù)，檢查各運(yùn)動(dòng)件的潤(rùn)滑情況；要密切注意泥漿質(zhì)量；注意壓力表，閥工作是否正常；曲軸箱內(nèi)的油溫及缸套活塞副的溫度不得過(guò)高。<br />！

眾所周知軟管泵在運(yùn)行時(shí)，是通過(guò)一根U型附有彈性的橡膠軟管來(lái)完成輸送。今天小編需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，軟管存放時(shí)間不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng)，一般以一年為限。在停工期間，對(duì)裝有軟管的泵，若長(zhǎng)期不用，每隔一個(gè)月需轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵一次。以免壓輥長(zhǎng)時(shí)間壓在泵管的某一處，減弱管子回彈性，影響其流量的輸送。
