軟管泵維護(hù)
 1、軟管的更換與調(diào)整
（1）更換軟管時，先將兩端管卡螺栓松掉，并將管卡拆下，再將其中一端的吊圈螺栓松掉，將一端短管從膠管中抽出，點(diǎn)動電機(jī)將膠管自泵內(nèi)推出；然后將新的軟管從拆下短管的一端插入泵殼與壓輥之間，點(diǎn)動電機(jī)，將軟管裝入；再將吊圈固定、管卡裝上，至此更換任務(wù)完成。尤其注意再安裝軟管時，務(wù)必將軟管與泵殼貼緊，確認(rèn)后方能投入正常運(yùn)行。
（2）軟管使用200小時左右，可將軟管轉(zhuǎn)動90度，對單管軟管泵除轉(zhuǎn)動方向外，還可前后抽動軟管，以改變軟管的壓點(diǎn)，延長軟管的使用壽命。
